As part of a brand refresh for a grocery delivery app, I developed creative copy printed directly on delivery bags, turning a functional item into a moment of surprise and delight. The goal was to make users feel a stronger emotional connection to the brand while reinforcing the brand’s personality and voice to make it memorable. Mission accomplished.
These bag lines served as moments of micro-engagement. They were a low-cost, high-impact way to build brand love and customer loyalty from the moment their groceries arrive. They sparked smiles, reinforced trust, and kept the brand top of mind in the most literal sense: in users’ hands.
