As part of ongoing marketing efforts for a grocery delivery app, I wrote a series of promotional and engagement emails, using a fun, punchy tone that reflected the brand’s personality while driving action. Each email was crafted to inform Shoppers, promote offers, and strengthen the brand’s voice to remain top of mind. In a crowded inbox, these emails stood out by sounding human, fresh, and helpful. They played a key role in increasing open rates, reinforcing brand identity, and prompting lapsed and sporadic Shoppers to re-engage with the app.
